Now in real estate there are warm bodies ... and then there is Corrine!

If you want someone dedicated to your needs, you just need to type Corrine into Google. Let's face it: ... there are warm bodies to answer the phone. Warm bodies have to live too ( I accept that). But let's go further ...

Deals are really curious organisms. The offer is just the first phase. An accepted offer is an entity that needs to be fed and nourished. You need an agent who is flexible and empathetic to your needs, all while keeping you on this side of the realism ledger.

At the end of the day, buyers and sellers need to feel positively that: each got what they needed

they conducted themselves in an irreproachable manner they had no regrets ... rather, good feelings, about the whole transaction

When we were looking for our first house, we chose Corrine based on the fact that she was the agent for some houses we thought were nice, basically at random !
We quickly discovered how lucky we were for choosing her as our realtor--we would always get in touch with her on
her cell, at her home, and by email. This was excellent considering how antsy we were to find our perfect house and how picky we
were about pretty much everything !

She devoted a lot of time to us on afternoon outings where we'd look at some houses. She always had a knack for
picking out houses that were pretty much what we were looking for until we eventually found the house we wanted. Before
we found our perfect house, we went through the buying process for two other houses that did nit work out for various reasons,
but Corrine was extremely encouraging and enthusiastic that we would find the right house.

She made the process easy to understand for us, as newcomers to the real estate scene and also recommended
some excellent home inspectors. Also, we always had a lot of fun looking at houses- Corrine is extremely friendly and personable
and we almost miss house hunting with her :) !

We could not have asked for a better real estate agent and we know that one if we ever want to sell, we'll come back to Corrine.

As new arrivals into Regina, it did not take us long to realize that Corrine has the BEST website ( by far ! ) not to mention the BEST reputation as a Realtor to assist buyers ( and sellers ) into the house of their dreams.

Corrine's professionalism, knowledge of her job, the local market including knowing the city well and her consummate ability to stay on top of it all made our move from a different country into our new home much
smoother than we could have ever hoped for .

Not only did Corrine keep us informed of every step during the purchase of our new home: she gladly shared her knowledge of who to call for renovation and decorating, places to shop, places to dine throughout the city
and informed us of neighborhood activities within our area also.
